1. Who we are
CommunityBridge (“CommunityBridge”, “we”, “us”) provides a website, mobile application, and organization onboarding flow
designed to help families, ABA teams, office staff, reception teams, and administrators coordinate communication,
schedules, reporting, billing-related workflows, and directory information in one place.

2. Information we collect
- Account information (such as email address, name, authentication identifiers, role, and organization enrollment details).
- Content you provide (such as posts, messages, urgent memos, comments, profile details, and schedule or staffing requests).
- Organization onboarding information (such as organization name, locations, contact details, enrollment codes, and related intake form submissions).
- Operational and care coordination information (such as learner rosters, room assignments, schedule updates, session notes, reports, authorization details, and billing export metadata).

Potentially sensitive information (depending on what you choose to share in posts/messages,
this may include information about minors, therapy schedules, parent or caregiver contact details, billing-related records, insurance information, or other sensitive personal details).

3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and maintain CommunityBridge.
- Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
- Provision role-based access for parents, staff, BCBAs, office teams, reception, and administrators.
- Support schedules, staffing, learner visibility, reporting, and billing or authorization workflows.
- Review organization onboarding submissions and communicate with applicants about approval, rejection, or next steps.
- Deliver notifications and service messages.
- Monitor, debug, and improve performance and reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run CommunityBridge (for example, cloud hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, and error monitoring).
- Other users in your organization as part of normal app functionality (for example, authorized staff may be able to view certain learner records, directory details, schedule information, reports, or coordination history according to their role).
- Legal and safety when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Third-party services
CommunityBridge may use third-party services to operate the product. For example, we may use Google Firebase
(Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Hosting, and related services), Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention on public forms,
email delivery providers for verification and notifications, and error monitoring services. Authentication and verification methods may vary by organization and deployment.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support organizations using the platform,
investigate misuse, and satisfy legitimate legal, security, and operational needs. You can request deletion of your account,
subject to any legal, contractual, or safety-related retention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including authentication,
access controls, environment-based secrets management, and service monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children’s privacy
CommunityBridge is not intended for children to use directly. Adult caregivers and authorized staff may use the app
and may include information about minors as part of coordination. Use CommunityBridge only where you have the
appropriate rights and permissions.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete certain information by contacting us.
- Opt out of some notifications in device settings (note: some service notices may still be necessary).
- Request help if you believe a role assignment, learner linkage, or family visibility setting is incorrect.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, if changes are
material, provide additional notice where required.
