BuddyBoard (“BuddyBoard”, “we”, “us”) provides a mobile application and website that help families, caregivers,
and providers coordinate posts, messages, and schedules.

- Account information (such as email address, name, and authentication identifiers).
- Content you provide (such as posts, messages, urgent memos, comments, and schedule/time-change requests).

(Authentication, Firestore, Storage, and Hosting) and error monitoring services.

including security and compliance. You can request deletion of your account, subject to any legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

BuddyBoard is not intended for children to use directly. Adult caregivers and authorized staff may use the app
and may include information about minors as part of coordination. Use BuddyBoard only where you have the
appropriate rights and permissions.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete certain information by contacting us.
- Opt out of some notifications in device settings (note: some service notices may still be necessary).
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, if changes are
material, provide additional notice where required.
