Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using CommunityBridge (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your location to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You may only access the learners, schedules, reports, billing details, or staff records your assigned role permits.
- If you register on behalf of an organization or program, you represent that you have authority to submit that information and receive follow-up communications from CommunityBridge.
3. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Attempt to access or interfere with systems or data you are not authorized to access.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Post content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy rights.
- Use CommunityBridge to impersonate an organization, falsify enrollment or intake details, or submit inaccurate onboarding information.
- Attempt to bypass role restrictions or access billing, clinical, schedule, or family data that has not been assigned to you.
4. Not for emergencies; no medical advice
CommunityBridge is not an emergency dispatch, crisis response, or life-safety service and is not intended for urgent or emergency communications. Do not rely on CommunityBridge for emergency response.
CommunityBridge does not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice. Any schedules, notes, or messages are for coordination only.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as posts, messages, onboarding details, uploaded files, scheduling details, and operational records you are authorized to provide). You grant us a limited license to host, process, review, and display your content solely to provide, secure, and support the Service.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. See /privacy.
7. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, cloud hosting and authentication). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
8. Organization onboarding and review
CommunityBridge may offer public organization intake or onboarding workflows. Submission of an intake form does not guarantee approval, activation, or availability of the Service. We may review, approve, reject, or request clarification before enabling an organization, program, or location on the platform.
9. Role-based access and operational workflows
CommunityBridge uses role-based access controls. Parent, ABA tech, BCBA, office, reception, and administrative experiences may differ. Some workflows, including learner scheduling, reporting, authorizations, billing exports, and organization settings, are available only to authorized roles.
10. Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or suspend/terminate accounts, if needed for security, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CommunityBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommunityBridge from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
