Account sign-in

If you already have an account, use /dashboard to sign in from a browser.

If you forgot your password, use the Forgot password? link on /dashboard.

Use the email/password, invite code, or approval link provided by your organization. Public Google sign-in is not part of the current login flow.

If your organization requires a verification or approval step, check your email for the latest sign-in or approval message before trying again.
Implementation and onboarding
- Organizations can request rollout, onboarding, or procurement follow-up through CommunityBridge support.
- Approval and setup may be reviewed before an organization, program, or location is activated in the platform.
- If you need help with intake or rollout planning, email support with your organization name and the contact email used for setup.
Current platform workflows
- Parents have a simplified experience centered on their child, including a digital insurance card, billing contact path, and family schedule view.
- BCBAs and ABA techs use learner-focused scheduling, reporting, and clinical coordination screens.
- Office and reception roles have expanded roster, scheduling, and billing or authorization visibility based on permissions.
Common questions
- I didn’t receive a password reset email. Check spam/junk, and confirm you used the same email as your mobile app account.
- I can’t log in on the website. Ensure you are using the same organization-issued email/password as in the mobile app and that your organization has completed setup.
- I was expecting Google sign-in. The current app uses organization-issued credentials, invite codes, and approval links instead.
- Where is billing information for parents? Parent accounts only see a child-linked digital insurance card plus billing and contact actions.
- How do I delete my account? If you are signed in on the web, go to /delete-account. In the app, open Profile Settings and use the Delete Account action.
- How do we get our organization added? Contact support for rollout or onboarding review and wait for approval or follow-up from CommunityBridge.
